Unlike a lot of good ministries, you are not only supporting us to do ministry, but you partner with us to come along side to do real ministry to other pastors too. You help those in ministry who have no means to go to higher education or receive seminary level educational resources or the means to pastor their flock effectively. A pastor in Central Asia who makes a mere $60 a month can have access to a library of solid biblical resources, sermons and studies as well as practical effectual help to lead and manage their church. You help a person who wants to be a pastor to be trained, such as how to exegete Scripture, prepare sermons and how to grow themselves and their flock in Christ. Thus, you help people like Pastor Narula to not take the limited money to feed his family and divert it to feed his church, now he can do both. You help Pastor Sanjiv to spend the time to council and help his people because we help him administer his church. You help a young man named Babu prepare to become a pastor. You help us stay in full time ministry ministering to over 10,000 pastors worldwide (this does not even include the 5,000 people who use our web resources each day!)!

Church Growth Tip of the Week
A church must disciple, and small groups are the best means to do this. Arrange, train, and lead your small group leaders to teach the Bible clearly, going beyond just discussing passages to applying it to their daily lives. Make sure these groups focus on prayer, allowing healthy interaction, so people feel free to express issues, ask questions, and discuss the concerns of life, as the leadership encourages as well as teaches. (Psalm 119:9-12; Ecclesiastes 4:8-10; Matthew 6:33-34; 28:18-20)
Prayer Guide for your Church and Pastor!
Pray that your church can be a community of grace and forgiveness, that your church has an atmosphere of encouragement by being grateful for Christ's work in them that enables the congregation to be inspired to give genuine hospitality to all who come though your doors (Rom. 15:4-6; 2 Thess. 2:16-17).
